What is a new patient consultation?
A new patient consultation is your first step to achieving optimal dental health. Our team of experienced dentists will provide a comprehensive examination to assess your current dental health and address any particular concerns you may have. At the conclusion of the consultation, you will receive a detailed treatment plan that outlines any recommended procedures.
We require a refundable deposit of £25 at the time of booking your appointment. This deposit will be applied towards the full fee of your appointment and is refundable up to 24 hours prior to the appointment. Please note that the full consultation fee is non-refundable after the appointment.

What happens after your new patient consultation?
After your new patient consultation, you will be provided with a personalized treatment plan detailing the options discussed during your consultation. This plan will include any necessary appointments and associated costs of treatment. The dentist may also propose a preventative dental plan, this may come in the form of recommending a routine dental check-up or hygienist appointment to ensure your teeth stay healthy and strong.
